1. Applicability

These Terms of Service apply to all use of the website and all agreements between BEEM Amsterdam (KvK 97130540) and the customer. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Availability

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Please note that colours or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or unavailable products. If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any applicable customs or import charges are shown during checkout.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods available on our website. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

BEEM Amsterdam is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by the statutory EU legal warranty of 2 years. This warranty covers defects that were present at the time of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos and branding, is the property of BEEM Amsterdam and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

9. Liability

BEEM Amsterdam is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, unless liability cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection laws.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, except where required by law.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The website is hosted by Shopify, which processes data on our behalf to provide our services.
